Unsure if William Singer

I’ve researched the cuff but can’t confirm that it is William Singer because of the mark under the initials. Any help would be appreciated.

I belive this might be William Singer’s hallmark. Here is an old post about a similar hallmark. Artists’ tend to change their hallmarks over time.

While a student at the University of Arizona, I purchased both bracelets around 1972, and I would like to know what tribe, what type of turquoise, and most importantly each separate craftsman. Also, if possible note the approximate value of each piece? After some research I believe the first turquoise necklace is ‘Navajo’ and that the ‘Hallmark’ signature might be that of William Singer (??). The second ‘butterfly’ necklace - no clue - so if you can tell me anything about this necklace …

I also found silver and stone work that is the same with variations of SD with the (curve line) in a couple of different examples out there now. All look like same maker William Singer.
