Your slider is Taxco. The letter number scheme is T for the region(Taxco) the next letter is the first letter of the silversmiths registered surname. the number after the hyphen is the number of registers that have been issued with the first two letters. This system was only enacted in 1980 for Mexican Sterling. So you know it was made no earlier than 1980. It could be moonstone or glass. Taxco Sterling incorporates alot of mediums in the jewelry; glass, plastics, brass, enamels and semi-precious stones.
