It has a very odd color. Almost like a powder blue. Or a Robin egg blue. With yellowish blue matrix and green spots. Only thing I’ve seen close would be number 8. But I just started collecting and studying around a year ago. This ring almost was gone. thank God I managed to purchase it back. What would be an estimate on value If I someday must sale ?

Yes that looks a lot like it. The golden matrix is the color of the pits, the matrix itself is blue. And the spots are pastel greens . but yes that is close
