You are right, it does appear to have some age. I don’t believe this is Native American made. You might consider doing a needle test on the stone (heat the needle and poke the stone) to see if it is real. Fake stones have an old history so it doesn’t help us date it. Have you been able to identify the origins of the coin, that will help?
