So I looked at my older resource books and came up with the following names that may help you;
Benjamin Becenti
Bobby Begay
Ben Blackgoat
You can look for work online under those names and see if you find anything similar. I suspect it may be a newer Silversmith though. I will check another newer resource when I have time and see what I can find out for you.

Brenda (Barbone) Jimenez is who I was told by the person who sold the cuff to me.
I compared all the 3 options you kindly gave me and they are all different than my cuff. Either the BB or the Sterling mark do not match up in each case. What do you suggest as the next step?

Been a busy summer! Sorry for the delay. If you have the name I suggest that you do some research on her. See if you can match the hallmarks. I would also look for similar looking work from her. I only remember her as being big stuff.
I suppose I would next try and do a google image reverse search. I have found that these need to be done on both white and black backgrounds in the photo. Not sure why but they each give back different results.
