Many thanks to our own @Ravenscry for his assistance on a project which has had me somewhat frustrated. Aaron (@Ravenscry) is a master machinist, and knowing this I got in touch with him to learn about the type of steel I needed for a very finely detailed series of stamps.
Aaron, not only advised me but cut blanks for me in the sizes I need which was absolutely above and beyond!
As much as I’d like to, @nanc9354, these are for new designs I have on the drawing board, and I won’t be making my tools or processes public. Best I can do is a peek at the finished jewelry once the items are officially published.
You’re welcome, Mike, I was glad to help. You give me far too much credit though; it was just cutting up some steel. Your kind words and compliments aren’t taken lightly, and coming from a master silversmith, designer, and draftsman who has exquisite taste, they’re most certainly cherished.
Thank you dear @Ziacat, but to be counted among such passionate individuals and to have been gifted the opportunity to learn from the wealth of knowledge present are the real blessings. Each one of us brings something to the table and I am proud to be a Turquoise Person.
