Can Anyone ID These 3 Hallmarks on Turquoise Cuffs?

Thank You in advance for any input!

1st one is a Large, 2 Stone Cuff. It has ‘IEM’ stamped on it:

2nd one is a Large Turquoise Cuff with 2 pieces of Coral. It has ‘BG’ stamped on it, with a Hallmark above it that I can’t make out:

Oops… 3rd one is a Single Turquoise Cuff. It’s Hallmark looks kinda like a pair of scissors & I have a Ring that has a similar Hallmark:
