Hello all. My big sister came over with these 2 items. One of them is small ( about 4 inches with gap) stamped bracelet with the Bell stamp. I was wondering if anyone could give a possible vintage/year on this item? She also has this green stone that she purchased in the early 70s somewhere (she can’t remember) perhaps in Afghanistan?, Turkey? Iran? I was wondering if this might be turquoise?

Can you get a photo of the entire necklace? It could help with ID.
It’s only the stone that I am curious about. She bought it separately from the coral.
It could be turquoise. All of the places mentioned have turquoise. It is just one of those things where being 100% sure is reaching.
