Found this at a thrift store today, I doubt it is NA made, but it is silver and has no marks on it all. I hit deadend with everything I look at, not even sure what the rock is, or what kind of flower it is, has leather strands with silver beads. Not even sure why I bought it, just struvk me as a neat looking piece.
Any Ideas ?
No clue what it is, but it is very unique. Enjoy wearing it.

The nugget looks like a piece of Chinese Turquoise. It is kind of like those handmade icing flowers you see on cakes, not really any flower but just a representation through art. It think you are right that this is not Native American made.

It looks Mexican. Similar flowers with bulbs in the middle are commonly found within Mexican Sterling. They also have green stones that appear similar to turquoise.
