Will work on this, I have seen it before. The work is Navajo overlay.

The artist is Charlie Bowie, had a piece come into the store. He is Navajo.

I know there is a CCB who signs exact same way with dome over top, Navajo but have to check into it, probably related or even same person.

I believe CHARLIE BOWIE from what I have seen also.
