I’m assuming since it says sterling, it’s real silver. The turquoise looks real, but may be stabilized, I’m not sure. Steve found the shop, so I wouldn’t call it fake, but I don’t know anything about Shades of the West, and if they use Native American work or not.

I have no clue. I don’t like to give $ values, because I’m not an expert. I would suggest you Google that company, and see what items made by them sell for.
