Does anyone recognize this mark?

I purchased this persian turquoise bracelet about three years ago. It came out of a collection that was comprised of jewelry collected in the 60’s and 70’s. It has a very unusual mark and I was wondering if anyone is familiar with it. It may be the mark of the seller (maybe a store) rather than the artist. I cannot even determine what the signature says enough to try to research anything more about it.

I believe “De Chelly 925” is for Navajo artists Adam and Rita Teller. The CB mark could be one of several.

artman20, thanks for the input! I looked up Adam and Rita Teller in all my signature books and do not find them. Can you tell me why you think this is their mark? I had always thought that the “Ye Chelly” was the mark for the store that sold the bracelet and that the artist was “CB.”
