Hi Zia, I’m going through my necklaces trying to decide what to take on the Santa Fe Trip. I have one piece by Harrison Jim; looking at the Naja, the earrings you posted on this thread popped into my brain. He does do wonderful work! I love this Naja with Bisbee turquoise on his heavy handmade beads, and his heavy clasp. I think the earrings, although different, would complement my necklace; the same “flavor”. Let me know if you purchase the earrings

Oh my gosh, I LOVE that naja!! Here’s the thing, I probably wouldn’t buy those earrings simply because they are pretty pricey for me (for earrings anyway), but they would look absolutely beautiful with your naja. Now you need most definitely need a cuff like mine to round it out!

@Stracci thank you! Is that not the coolest little baby knife you’ve ever seen? I bought this one second hand so I don’t really know its history. But what a cool idea. So far, I’ve worn it to work a number of times and they don’t seem to catch on that. It’s actually a little weapon. It is pretty sharp, though.
@chicfarmer it really does look like a balloon, doesn’t it? I don’t think it was specifically made after a balloon, but I think that’s a pretty good guess at its inspiration. I think I paid $30 for this one recently, and I’m really glad that I did, because I love it even more every time I look at it. Here is the back, it is by an artist whose last name is song.
@Ravenscry isn’t that cool? I was attracted to the detail on the sheath, and then I found out that the little knife actually came out!
I would love to see @Stracci give this one a try. Also! With her eye for detail, I bet she could come up with a great custom piece.
