Heavy ring wondering about the turquoise

Hi,
I purchased this ring because I liked the rustic look of it And the turquoise. Seller states it’s sterling (haven’t verified it). It is a hefty 37.3 grams. Any guesses on the turquoise stones. There is no hallmark.

I did do the magnet test and it is nonmagnetic. I also used a polishing cloth and some tarnish did come off on the cloth so I’m pretty sure it’s sterling

It is a really good ring. The turquoise is so small you don’t really get a feel for what it is. however, it does look like something good.
