That is definitely a watch cuff. Hallmark is unusual, and I am not getting any hits in my resources. Maybe one of the pros can weigh in. The pill box…does it say 925?? You pictures are very blurry. Maybe take a bit of time and get som good photos. I find it helps to taps the area on the screen you want to focus on…
