This is Navajo chip inlay. The artist takes pieces of turquoise or coral chips and glues them into the setting. This is a Peyote (Water) Bird and is associated with the Native American Church. The hallmark belongs to Charlie Singer who was well-known for this style of work. Thanks for sharing.
