Could I please ask for some help with the ring I have just purchased

3)not sure if this is a makers name or shop record

It is a tricky design, see it in old and new pieces. The stone looks to be a piece of Turquoise Mountain and suggest it is a newer creation. That is the trader code to indicate price which also suggest it is newer.
