Bought this bear fetish necklace at an estate sale several years ago and would love some help in identifying the maker. It is hallmarked with what looks two back-to-back B’s with a T down the center, or maybe the entire mark is a symbol of some kind. The clasp is marked 925, and it looks like the two fish beads may be sterling as well. Any help anyone can give in identifying this mark would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The bear is beautifully shaped. Not sure if it started life on this necklace. hoping others will chime in. This has a crafty look to it, like perhaps it was assembled by a bead collector.
I agree that it is a handmade item vs Native made. The fetish may be Native but the other elements may have come from different sources.
Aw, hope that’s not the case, but you might be right. I paid very little for it, so I really wouldn’t be out anything if it’s not authentic, just disappointed. Thanks so much for your input, and hopefully others will have something to say about it.
