I believe the sun is a Hopi Silvercraft Guild mark that would be unique to this artist. I couldn’t find anything on the snake? mark. Maybe you can contact directly and they have a list of these hallmarks.

I may have bought it at Second Mesa when we were there. Although as I remember the artists were selling Kachina’s from their home and I don’t remember silversmiths working.
