Pretty sure that’s a Mexico “eagle” hallmark from the 70s-forward, but can’t tell the number inside of it, which would indicate the maker, i believe. YOu might poke around the interwebs, there are a few websites with more info on mexico silver marks. there is a FB page, as well.

Is that an Aztec or Mayan calendar?

We went to Chichen Itza on our honeymoon trip ages ago (well, maybe not ages), and bought a Mayan calendar stamped on a brass plate. It looked a lot like this. I Googled is there any difference between the Mayan and the Aztec calendars, and read in several places that the Aztec calendar was adapted from the Mayan calendar.
Although I finally donated it cause it kinda creeped me out.
