Wright’s Hallmarks of the Southwest attributes the hallmark to a Dick Mike Yazzie. You might do some research to see if you can find additional work by this artist and see if it is a similar style. The name is Navajo and this is a popular style of work during the 1980s. I am not sure what turquoise that is?
