Hopicraft Eagle track mark

Can anyone help identify this mark? It has the hc and Eagle track but no ps. Could it still be by Philip or someone else?

I have looked and haven’t found anything. The Hopicrafts hallmark in Wright’s Hopi Silver is said to have been used until 1983. It was a shop owned by Wayne and Emory Sekaquaptewa, moved from Phoenix to Kykotsmovi. I come across a handful of pieces in my reference books that have this Hopicrafts mark along with the artist mark. Might do some research on Hopicrafts and its artist.
