Huge apple-green Chinese turq. bracelet (not Carico Lake)

If I’m not mistaken, most Chinese turquoise comes from the Hubei region. In the U.S. at least, mines don’t seem to be differentiated further than that.

check this topic, about halfway in a specialist on Chinese turquoise lists and describes the various mines:

Thanks so much @Bluegreen, what a great discussion on
Chinese turquoise, the variety of mines and comparison with Carico Lake. There is no doubt spectacular turquoise has come from China. From the Carico Lake I’ve seen over the years it seems this gorgeous green is not very common. And, from the varied turquoise produced at most mines, I’ll never try to differentiate between the two…I’d likely be wrong at least 50% of the time

@wjuanxp would you possibly be able to give your opinions here, please? Which mine do you think this is from?

I guess this is very similar, being Chinese.

Have searched a lot. In the meantime, I assume it could be Yungai Temple Mine turquoise (Cloud Mountain turquoise).

I actually have this bracelet you posted. Bought it some time ago because I liked the color of the turquoise and the work. Posted it on here way back and Jason determined it Chinese turquoise. It doesn’t look like Carico Lake to me either but I didn’t buy it for that reason.

Wow, amazing. Looks like all cool turquoise jewelry of the world is owned by someone here in this community LOL. Thanks for the feedback.

Just out of curiosity, if you wanna tell how much you paid? Looks like an older beautiful sister of my bracelet. Mine was 376€ or $400 all inclusive.

Btw, have asked Daniel Lopacki who knows the Chinese mines, which mine my stone likely comes from. Answer, if I get, could be valid for yours, too.

Don’t expect a response to soon @gt75. Dan passed away last December shortly after Christmas. I was fortunate to have known him.
