Identifying artist and worth of bracelet

Could I get some help in identifying the artist, I looked everywhere but couldn’t find the hallmark. It’s a J with a squiggly line on the bottom with what looks like 3 feathers in the middle of the squiggle. The bracelet has 5 coral stones and one turquoise with a full bears claw, 1 and a quarter inch wide and sterling. Appreciate the help also what do you think the value is?

That is pretty cool, lots of people making this style in the 1980s, sorry don’t know this hallmark. Something like this you would see being sold in Gallup between 2 - 3 hundred.

Thank you for that, do you happen to know what the claws are on it? I said bear but I really have no idea and they seem too small for bear.
