I just bought this ring and was wondering what type of turqouise it might be?

I’m inclined to say that this is Chinese turquoise, based off of the ring shank. The ring doesn’t appear to be Native American- made, in my opinion.
The ring may have been made in Nepal. Google “Nepal rings” & see if you can find a match.
The color doesn’t really reveal anything. However, the cut is what you expect to find in a piece of Persian Turquoise. That big dome, plus I bet that stone has no backing. Do you mind taking a picture from the side?
