Does anyone recognize the artists signature for this bolo?

Hi, welcome to the forum. We’d love to have you introduce yourself and tell us a little about your interest in NA jewelry.
What do you know about this bolo, and where did you get it? The three dimensional “inlay” is very unusual and not something I’ve seen before in NA jewelry. In addition it appears to be made of block (plastic). My guess is that this bolo is an import, not NA made.

It was given to my friend as a gift back in 2022. It’s marked as sterling silver and most parts of it are metal. He was lloking for some more background on it before we list it for sale.
I see some foreign hallmarks by the hem of the skirt but need a better photo.
This looks like it came out of the Freeland’s shop in the Philippines.
