Is the stamp “Navajo Sterling LMB USA” a fake begay peice? I have found items with LMB Sterling made by Larry Moses Begay but have not seen them with the words Navajo and USA? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I have never seen this USA either. Some things to look for would be the sterling beads, are they handmade, machine made, plated, plus the turquoise is it real or plastic. If the material is correct I would assume he has just changed hallmark.

I have a sterling cuff bracelet with floral type designs and a smooth large sized turquoise piece in the center. It is marked with a bird and then has sterling stamped under it. Any idea who is the maker or how to find more onfo on it?

My husband lost a pendant like this years back. I can find one that is about the size of a dime but his was a little bigger then a quarter. It has a bail on the back, vertically, that a necklace goes through. This was his father’s and I really would like to get him another one. Any ideas? I have a ring with the hallmark CB with a half moon over it. Is that a Carl Begay or maybe a younger cousin wannabe?
I have a pendant that I am trying to find more info on. I have had it in my possession for over
30 years and it wasn’t new when I got it. It has “by Lindy M.” engraved on the back with a small flower next to it. It is stamped sterling on the back as well. I was told it looked like a Zuni piece. I have had no luck finding a silversmith named Lindy M. online and hoped someone might know more. Thanks!

I have a kachina bolo tie. The hallmark is c with a circle around it and a symbol above it. The symbol is too small to make out. Can you tell me anything about this? I bought it at an estate auction. The discription was, " kachina bolo tie, 1963 ".
i have a silver bracelet cuff that i purchased from the Mn state fair back in like 95, the shop owner gathers jewelry from sources mainly in new mexico and sells throughout the country . the cuff has initials TR and i havnt been able to track that down, any thoughts?? john
I believe this is the mark ladydidi1010 was asking about earlier. My wife has a necklace that she loved and it broke. I’m trying to find a replacement for her. Any clue who makes this, this site is the closest I’ve come to someone mentioning this mark and I’d appreciate any help I can get!

I have a squash blossom necklace with a definite marking, although no initials. Unusual, it is mother of pearl (opposed to turquoise) and has the old style C clasp. There is no indication of SS or any other “sterling” marker. The mark consists of two sets if hashed lines, both the same length and both containing 5 dashes. Like this:
They are in the same spot on every ornament. Any help identifying this would be great. Thanks!
