Federico Jimenez. His jewelry is very collectible, and expensive. I don’t believe he is Native American, but I’m unsure. You can search closed auctions on ebay for comparable prices, or google his website.

I believe he is actually from Mexico originally but has made quite a name for himself. I believe he does work for some of the movers and shakers in the Hollywood crowd. Collectible! Pretty earrings!
