NA or "native style" hallmark MKM

Hi all, I have this pair of earrings, marked MKM and Sterling- trying to figure if they are NA or just in that style :wink: I don’t see MKM listed in any of the usual places, but Etsy has “native” MKM pieces of course. Input appreciated as always!

I had no luck. But then I don’t have the big book resources.

I didn’t find “MKM” in Hougart’s 4th edition (the only “big book” I own, per @Ziacat ).
