Hello i have found this there is no marks and i just wonder does it cost something can someone help with evaluating and who made it and age ??

It looks almost like one Southwest Indian Foundation carried in their catalog during the 90s early 2000s. I am assuming that it is sterling silver and average 20" - 22" in size, $800 - $1000.
