Need Help with Artist

Hi Jason and everyone here on the forums. I have this lovely cuff and can’t figure out the artist. It is obviously chip inlay, looks sort of Hopi in the bear paw print pattern, but may be Navajo. You can see the hallmark - a tree or an arrowhead? I have looked through my books and online and the closest hallmark I can find to this is one for Charlie Singer. It looks similar to Charlie’s inlay work, but the hallmark isn’t stamped deep enough. Any help with this one? Thanks in advance.

The story goes that Navajo silversmith Tommy Singer developed the chip inlay style. Charlie is his brother, you had this one right. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much Jason. I truly appreciate your help!
