Eye level assessment: Mass produced. Machine cast and processed. Inlay is fragmented bulk material mixed up in a colored epoxy paste poured in successive single color groups. May or may not contain any actual turquoise, coral, or jet. If silver and not something else, value is whatever the scrap value is, deeply discounted for burning away or removing whatever is used for the “inlay” which has zero value.
Once again, manufactured items in this quality and value range (of any origin) aren’t worth the time to attempt to identify a maker/manufacturer, or nature/origin of the materials. and offer little if any value to the viewer, prospective buyer, or owner.
