I saw this today at antique place….since I had been there last they had some Native American jewelry. This bolo caught my eye.
Does this look like Terry Martinez’s hallmark? What do you think of the turquoise?
@joebig The date “?-75,” if a date, doesn’t work for being Terry Martinez, nor is this retro style (as in, revival style) like his usual work. He’s admired for bold and clean design, with quality silverwork including applique and bezeling. It does look 70s. Pyrite usually points to Kingman or Morenci.

the maker would be my 2nd or 3rd consideration on this piece. its got the smell of age on it, not overdone , good looking stones & I don’t think I would have left it on the counter unless the price was painful.
