Peculiar pendant hallmark

Baffled by this pendant— Southwestern? Mexican? It’s a dainty little thing, hallmarked

Crown with .925 is definitely not a Native hallmark. The work is handcrafted and very ethnic. No idea about the origin, but best guess Bali, possibly Thai, possibly SW Asian origin.

I think Afghani or thereabouts.
Based on the style and use of lapis.
