I know this is a longshot, but the script is a fairly distinct font on this RL mark. I see it listed on art amerindien as an unknown mark, but I also know there is a lot of amazing knowledgeable people in this group, and figured if anyone would know it, it would be here.
(Sorry, I know it is not turquoise, but I am at a loss on these)
