Check Eugene Belone and see if it may be him.
I’ve seen EB and E Belone are they the same person?
Quite possibly but I don’t know for sure. Tried looking him up in Hallmarks of the Southwest and in Schaff and he wasn’t listed in either. Hopefully someone who knows more will join the conversation and answer the question. It’s a nice looking bracelet.
Not familiar with this artist, but in Hougart’s book it has an EB hallmark for a Eugene Belone. The picture of the hallmark isn’t very clear but it looks like this one.
