Stamped Leroy T & Nina N. Toledo Cuff Bracelet Help

Happy and Healthy 21 To Everyone, lets get this party started.

Local cash pickup listing here in the northeast and would appreciate some book help with the 2 sigs shown. Leroy T. and Nina N. Toledo giving me mixed search results.

Opinions also welcome on the turquoise origin and an overall ballpark value.

Not stamped sterling although seller claims they tested and would allow me to do a stone rub test. I prefer the deep scratch/file method.

Looks like a great cuff with nice turquoise. I am not familiar with the artists but have work by Fritzen Toledo. He worked starting in the 70’s and worked with Les Baker for many years. Award winner. Wonder it they are related.

I did find a couple of refs. with “Toledo” surnames and totally agree the turquoise has great eye candy appeal.

I don’t think you need to worry about the piece looks silver. The stone has really nice color, it looks like a piece of Persian Turquoise. I find an LT hallmark like that for a Leroy Thompson, confusing with the second hallmark.
