This is a sterling heart about 3-3.5” wide but not a brooch or a pendant. I’m not sure what it’s used as. Marked J.S. And the only artist I can come up with is Jackie Singer but I really want to know what it is.

A chain could be slipped through it and it would be a floating heart pendant.
Only the imagination will limit you on this one.
If the top separates, perhaps a very nice bookmark or paperclip.
