Yes , I would have to agree . And when I mentioned “ campaigns of embellishment “ I was referring to the leather cuff.
Suspecting the leather cuff was reused makes , and likely had other kinds of silver embellishments on it makes a lot of sense. And I know longer have to try to figure out how the lacing should be!!
