I’ve never seen a buckle like that before. I guess if you start with a large enough stone, there’s no need for silverwork. 
Fun fact: To make it easier for lazy people like me, if you want to link an eBay auction, or any other website for that matter, you can simply “copy” the address from the address bar at the top of the page and “paste” it into your post to make it a “live link”, so folks can just click on it, like this:
