That’s a giant ring in the second pic, and some GIANT 80’s hair in the first!
@Stracci hahahaha!! I was also watching and noticed the chunky necklace, too.
@Xtina
Too bad she lost!
My husband refuses to miss Jeopardy, so we have to watch it during dinner every night.
So here’s something I have often thought about…
If you were gonna be on Jeopardy, what jewelry pieces would you wear?
The whole country would be watching!
You should wear that cool ring with the big killer stone. That amazing waterweb. And make sure you wave your hand around a lot.
@Stracci Sadly, someone had to lose. Was that the one where the mustache dude won? You could see how irritated he was every time someone else beat him to the buzzer.
Oh yeah…one of the more statement pieces…that waterweb ring or a gigantic (4-plus inches long) cuff that I have that would definitely make me one to remember!
Well, that’s freakin’ awesome!
On a side note, I didn’t know what a knucklehead was (except for what I occasionally affectionately called my husband ) until I watched American Pickers
Junior Bonner, one of my favorite movies!
I think I see Dan George as well
I saw “Harry and Tonto” recently, it was a great movie.
I really loved Tonto the cat.
OMG…my hubby and I do the same thing! As we get older, we enjoy routine! Defiantly wear a flashy squash, large earrings and a killer cuff! Any hubby, his large ram bolo by Elliott Qualo!

I always check out jewelry on TV people.
I noticed that some of the female national news anchors wear designer jewelry. Some cooking show hosts do too.
I see Cartier love bracelets and Van Cleef and Arpels (the iconic Alhambra motif) frequently.
And those pieces are big bucks.
I guess they pay those folks too much …!
As one of my favorite character actors I don’t believe Chief Dan George (born Geswanouth Slahoot - which I wouldn’t try to pronounce) has near the recognition he deserves. Before becoming an actor in his 60’s, he was an author, poet and musician.

My wife and I had the pleasure of getting to know his niece (our next door neighbor at an IACA show in the 90s). We stopped in to visit her and spent an afternoon at her home just outside of Vancouver when we were there. Wonderful hospitality. Terrific family!
