Turquoise or Chrysocolla?

Sorry if photos are too blurry.
I thought this was Chrysocolla, but am wondering if it might be Turquoise.
I received it in a bunch of slabs with no ID.

It is not stabilized, as it absorbs water.
Fairly soft.
Photos were taken dry, wet and damp.

Thank you.

I think it is an answer revealed when it is turned into a cab. Difficult to tell from the image, they can look very similar.

Hmm… At first I thought my stone was maybe turquoise (Bisbee) now I’m wondering if it’s Chrysocolla

Chrysocolla definitely can have a Bisbee look. I think of your stone as turquoise, maybe not Bisbee.

Doesn’t look like Chrysocolla as its to blue and no green. I collect other rocks. Actually i think i have a piece of Chrysocolla. I will look for it.

This is informative on the range of coloration–it’s very broad within the blues and greens:

Part of a large, rough piece of chrysocolla I have.
The color varies from greenish to robin’s egg blue.
