Turquoise Pin/ Pendant

I would like your opinion on this pendant that I found online. Thoughts on if it could be block turquoise? There are no hallmarks on the piece silver content or otherwise. Thanks for help on the turquoise and or construction of this piece.

It is silver, someone tested it and that is the mark you get when it is silver. Looks to be block.
