I think this is turquoise but have never seen anything quite like it. There is a blue area towards the edge and a tiny rust colored inclusion near it. What do you think?

How about Apache chrysocolla - a mixture of chrysocolla, turquoise, jasper, lapis, malachite and quartz crystals.
Ok, thats one i have never heard of, but would explain the unusual color pattern. Love it and will have to research that stone.
