very difficult to read to say the least! Any ideas on this hallmark? I am think a trading post or Store mark? Thoughts anyone?

Hmmm, Is it possible that says Joe (or Jose) Cosa or Casa and Co??? It’s an awesome piece for sure.
Since posting I have found out that this is H T.C. Case & Co. I can find several items on ebay with this hallmark. Anyone know anything about them?
