.925 Sterling Silver & Turquiose Bracelet

Hello,

This bracelet was my mothers & features rectangular turquiose stones on every other link. The links without stones show some unique looking details. I know absolutely nothing about it but it looks old & appealing to the eye. Thanks in advance.

Ruben

Hi Ruben that is definitely a Mexican Silver bracelet and the other one is as well. The mark is a Mexican style 925 sterling mark and I think the stone might be Chrysocolla but the pics are not good enough in color or clarity to really be sure. They are both(I saw the one on the photos with the flower looking center piece) really great! I think they are definitely Taxco area handmade probably more specifically Jalisco…but they are lumped into the Taxco label. They are newer though probably 80’s to 90’s made.
Thanks for posting!
