Looks like the pearls are half shells soldered together. The only marking I could find on the back of the naja are “D”
Any info would be appreciated

@Thedow83 Hi & Welcome. That’s a nice looking turquoise squash blossom necklace. I agree with your thought about the silver beads. Have you tested to see if the necklace is sterling silver? (I usually just use a magnet to see if it sticks or not.) The turquoise is pretty & nicely matched, imo. Maybe from the 1970s or a little later. Single letter hallmarks can be very challenging to authenticate. There’s an online resource for hallmarks that could be helpful - https://www.art-amerindien.com
We tried the magnet and some parts would stick and others would not. So we know its not 100% sterling silver
if it’s ~70s vintage, the magnet test may not always be conclusive. they often used a backing material in those days (devcon, i believe) which responds to a magnet. You may be getting a reaction to the devcon, not the silver, especially if it is not reacting to the entire piece.
This is very good information to know. Thanks for sharing it.
Can you link where you found that please?
I took your image over to google, clicked on the camera icon in the search field,
uploaded and viewed the results of similar items. google image search result links are
a mile long and have a very short lifespan.
Thanks. We had tried that and did not have the same results
