Based on construction and the screw back style, they look like 1940s-60s Victorian/Aesthetic revival.

I’m not sure I agree about that necklace being 1920s, though. It can be hard to date these things.
Here’s a similar brooch, this seller says 1940s.

Yes, nailed it! Wondering if the seller cherry picked the 1920s date from the possible range of dates to try and sell it faster. Likely story. anyway, somewhere out there, a necklace is missing these parts
