Arthur Platero? Cuff Bracelet

This beautiful vintage Native American Navajo Tribal Cuff bracelet from features a 1" wide, hand forged Sterling Silver Cuff, with overlays of Pueblo Like, stepped designs on a purposely oxidized or darkened field. The inside measurement is 4 1/2" with a 1 1/2" wrist opening.

This is another piece from my Mother in Laws collection. I believe it is Arthur Platero from the AP stamped on the inside. Does anyone have any incite?

This appears to be Hopi made, and does not look like any Arthur Platero pieces I could see online. Also, Platero is typically a Navajo last name. Not that it is unheard of for a Navajo to create pueblo-style designs, just rare.
