In Wright’s hallmark book it he worked for a guy named Steve Skinner and what the book is calling New Mexico Jewelry. They have him working in the 1970s and that he is Navajo. Maybe doing some research on New Mexico Jewelry and Steve Skinner will lead you somewhere.
